កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី ៥ ត្រៀមរៀបចំសម័យប្រជុំពេញអង្គលើកទី ៣៧ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក របស់អនុគណៈកម្មាការព័ត៌មាន និងសារគមនាគមន៍

នៅសល់តែ ២៤ថ្ងៃទៀតទេព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នឹងធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះរៀបចំសម័យប្រជុំពេញអង្គលើក ទី ៣៧ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក ។ គណៈប្រតិភូចូលរួមមានចំនួនពី ៨០០ ទៅ ១០០០នាក់ មកពី ប្រទេស ដែលជាសមាជិករបស់អង្គការ UNESCO ចំនួនរហូតដល់ ១៩០ប្រទេស ។ ពីថ្ងៃទី ១៦ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី ២៧ ខែ មិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៣ សេចក្តីសម្រេចចំនួន ១៧៦ នឹងត្រូវរៀបចំធ្វើក្នុងកំឡុងរយៈពេល ១២ថ្ងៃ ។ បេតិកភណ្ឌជាតិរបស់ ប្រទេសនៅក្នុងពិភពលោកចំនួនជាង ៣០សម្បត្តិ បេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក នឹងត្រូវសម្រេចចុះបញ្ជី ឬមិនចុះបញ្ជីនៅ ទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ដែលនឹងក្លាយជាទីក្រុងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រដូចទីក្រុងកេប៉ិចដែរ ដែលបានចុះបញ្ជីប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ ជាបេតិក ភណ្ឌពិភពលោក នាថ្ងៃទី ៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០០៨ ។ កម្ពុជាមិនត្រឹមតែធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះតែប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែកម្ពុជាក៏ធ្វើជា ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការ បេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក ដែលមានរូប ឯកឧត្តម បណ្ឌិត សភាចារ្យ សុខ អាន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកទីស្តីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ជាសកលនេះ គឺ...

Foreign diplomats exchange views with Cambodia over the ECCC

By Ek Tha PHNOM PENH, May 17, 2013 (PRU) – Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister His Excellency Dr. Sok An on Friday met with diplomats from Australia, France and Japan to discuss the difficulties currently being faced by the ECCC in regard to both chronic lack of funds and the acute need to speed up proceedings, particularly in the light of the recent death of Ieng Sary, leaving only two accused now facing trial. The delegation consisted of Their Excellencies Serge Mostura and Yuji Kumamaru (Ambassadors of France and Japan, as Co-Chairs of the Friends of the ECCC) and Mr Dave Gorge (Chargé d’Affaires of Australia, the current chair of the Principal Donors Group (PDG) in New York. More Japanese investors move to Cambodia

Ek Tha PHNOM PENH, May 17, 2013 (PRU) – Deputy Prime Minister His Excellency Dr. Sok An shared his views in a meeting with Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia, H.E. Yuji Kumamaru regarding the increasing Japanese investment in the Kingdom thanks to the country's positive environment. In the last couple of years, nearly 80 prominent Japanese companies have come to invest in Cambodia, including more than 40 companies located inside the Special Economic Zone (SEZ), and 30 other companies are operating outside the SEZ, said the Deputy Prime Minister. His Excellency Dr. Sok An said Cambodia appreciates greatly Japan’s consistent and steady long-term Overseas Development Assistance (ODA) for Cambodia and remarked that this is now being overtaken by a notable increase in Japan’s foreign direct investment to Cambodia. Cambodia and China see growing bilateral cooperation

In a meeting on Friday between the outgoing Ambassador Pan Guangxue and Dr. Sok An, both sides highly appreciated “the increasing bilateral relations in all fields” and looked forward to increasing that trend for the benefit of the two nations and peoples. Cambodia enjoys duty free access to China’s market for 418 items, which has contributed to increasing two-way trade to nearly $3 billion last year from $2.5 billion in 2011. Cambodia and India look to improve cooperation in social development

By Ek Tha PHNOM PENH, 17May 2013 (PRU): The Indian Ambassador to Cambodia shared views with Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister His Excellency Dr. Sok An on bilateral cooperation in vocational training, English training and protection of cultural heritage. India has been actively supporting a Cambodian vocational training centre in Kompong Cham province. New Delhi is also considering supporting the already established vocational training centre in Preah Vihear, news welcomed by the Deputy Prime Minister. Both sides shared views on the establishment of vocational training centres where local people can come and learn skills in small and medium enterprises (SME) which they can use to run their own businesses. “This is a good model in Cambodia”, said Dr. Sok An, who is also the Chairman of the National Training Board.
