By Ek Tha PHNOM PENH, 2 Oct. 2013 – Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister H.E Dr. Sok An welcomed India‘s offer to train Cambodia in the areas of skilled jobs, teaching English as well as provide IT training, a move that will contribute to improving human resources for Cambodia's social development. Indian Ambassador Dinesh K. Patnaik said in the meeting that he is looking to establish a center of excellence for IT in Siem Reap. “We have set up one here already at the Council of Ministers with NiDA. Another one has been set up in Sihanoukville province. But the one in Siem Reap has been delayed because of the relocation of the governor office and now the new site has not yet been identified,” said the Ambassador. In response, H.E.
